S3G believes that most businesses began with an idea that was brought to the market through innovation, strategic planning, and service delivery.  Over time service delivery becomes operations where the product or service resulting from the initial idea is efficiently managed for cost savings and complimentary services.  This does not leave time for innovation that generates new ideas that are brought to market through strategic planning and service delivery that become easier to deliver because of matured operating models.
